We focus on properties at the highest risk of market-rate conversion, ensuring they are preserved, renovated, and protected for long term affordability.

From there, we identify the most impactful renovations and improvement strategies—both physical upgrades and community-focused enhancements—to ensure stability and a better living experience for residents.
